If you receive an incorrect order, here’s what you should do:
Review the Order: Double-check the order details on the shipping confirmation in your email inbox as well as the packing slip that came in the box to ensure the error wasn’t a misunderstanding or oversight on your end.
Contact Customer Service: Send us a message and notify us of the mix-up so that we can work quickly to provide a resolution for you.
Provide Documentation: Be prepared to provide proof of the incorrect order, such as the order confirmation email, a picture of the items received, and a picture of the packaging or shipping label. This helps us understand the mistake and speed up the resolution.
Solution:
- Replacement: We will create a new order and ship out the correct item ASAP. You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email complete with tracking when the item departs our facility.
- Return and/or Exchange: If you'd like to ship back the item that you received as a mistake, we will provide you with a return label. If you would like to keep the item, we will invoice you for the product at a 30% discount.
