What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?Updated 6 months ago
When a product is out of stock, it is often placed on pre-order status. Pre-order means that you're pre-purchasing an item, that is out of stock, that will be shipped when it comes back into stock.
If you have an order that has not been shipped due to the item being out of stock/on pre-order, you have the option to:
A) Hold the order + receive when in stock
B) Exchange for another item that is in stock (refund/invoice for the difference if need be)
C) Cancel + Refund the order
Some retailers may still have the item in stock, and customer support can provide URLs to these retailers if you need the product immediately.
