What can I do if I received the wrong order or an order meant for someone else?Updated 10 months ago
If you receive a wrong order, please contact customer support with the order number or a picture of the packing slip. You may be asked to:
- Keep the received product and receive an invoice for them at a discounted rate.
- Return the product using a return label that the customer support will provide.
