Shipping insurance and making a claimUpdated 10 months ago
We provide shipping insurance on orders so that you can protect your order. When packages are lost, stolen, or damaged, we are more than happy to (with your proof) file a claim on your behalf.
NOTE: Shipping claims do take 5-25 business days to process. We appreciate your patience during this process. You may be asked to fill out an additional form with our insurance provider to ensure that the information we provided is correct. Your cooperation is encouraged to expedite the process.
All insurance claims are determined by the insurance company, not Swolverine. We will advocate on your behalf as best as possible. We do also sometimes, depending on the carrier (i.e. FedEx) have to file the claim through the shipping company.
In the event that your claim is denied, we will work with you to find the best resolution.
