How to cancel an order that has shippedUpdated 10 months ago
We are unable to cancel/refund orders that have already been picked up by the carrier and well into the shipment process. Once the package leaves the building, it is in the hands and care of the respective carrier (i.e. USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
You can contact the carrier and request that the package is rerouted back to the sender (Swolverine). If you receive the package, and change your mind that you do not want it, you're welcome to mail the package back to us (we do not provide a return label for this -- see section above "RETURNS" for more details).
Note: There is a $5.00 restocking fee for packages shipped/returned back to HQ
