How can I manage my subscription preferences?Updated 7 months ago
Customers have the autonomy to manage their subscription preferences directly. We do not manage your subscription on your behalf. Here's how you can adjust your subscription:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to 'Manage Subscription'.
3. Make product removals or cancel your subscription as desired.
For canceling a subscription within the 'Subscriptions' section, click 'Edit', scroll down, select 'Cancel Subscription', and confirm. This enables you to make changes at your convenience without the need to contact customer support.
If you receive a message that says 'no account found', simply enter your email address and click 'forgot password'. You will be emailed an account invite/password reset link, for you to create one, so you can get logged into the dashboard.
