The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The duties, taxes, and associated fees, if applicable, are not included in the estimated shipping costs.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Swolverine has no control over these charges, nor can Swolverine predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

The recipient is responsible for all added duties, taxes, and customs fees. 

International Orders will usually ship within 1-3 business days of your initial order. Orders are shipped using DHL Express Service or Fedex International Connect Express. Therefore, you should expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days priority. Orders placed after Friday at 1 PM will be picked and packed the following Monday. 

If International orders are not claimed from customs within the carrier window, customers will be charged all processing fees, return shipping, duties and taxes.
