Can I cancel a subscription order that has not shippedUpdated 10 months ago

Subscription customers receive multiple notifications PRIOR to the order payment processing and creating a new order to be shipped.

If you did not manage your account PRIOR to the order being processed, and you'd like to cancel the order shipment BEFORE a tracking number is assigned, you can submit a request to our support team to cancel and refund your order.

However, a cancellation request does come with a $10.00 USD cancellation FEE that will be deducted from the overall total refundable amount of the order.

For example, if you paid $70.11 USD for your total order, including shipping and taxes, you will receive a total refund of $60.11 USD. Here you can see that the $10.00 USD cancellation fee has been applied.

Depending on your banking institution, your returned funds will be credited back to you within 2-10 business days. You will also receive an order cancellation confirmation email in your inbox.
