How do I return unopened products for a refund?Updated 7 months ago

We ONLY take returns on products that are BOTH unopened and unused/in new condition. We do not provide return labels. You will need to ship the product back on your own accord.

When the product is received, it will be inspected by our team for damage. We do deduct a $5.00 restocking fee and do not refund any taxes or shipping fees collected on the original order.

If you wish to mail back your product for an exchange, please include a note or contact customer support via the chat on the website or by email ([email protected]) to explain the situation. Again, the product must be unopened and unused/in new condition.
